I’ll be in the old stand on Sunday so I’ll give a report back.
Have you no Cark match to go to?
I don’t actually
According to the brother it was agreed that the match may be moved to Wexford if the pitch was unplayable after the concert. He says it’s very bad and there’s a lot of rain due, especially in the east.
So you might have to charge up in Callan mid journey.
Not a hope were Kilkenny county board ever gonna agree to move it to Wexford Park surely?
Aren’t I lucky that the forward thinking Callan people put a fast charger above in the Green
I just heard that it’s very bad.
Watch this space as they say…
The Callan Community Energy project is really interesting and way ahead of most of its peers.
Would it not go to a neutral venue if Nowlan Park is unplayable?
They’d be as well play it in Callan altogether.
Depends on the regulations stated in the competition. In some instances in the GAA if a teams home ground is unplayable, the game goes to the opposition.
As posted above.
The brother said there was an agreement in place.
Red flags were raised after previous summer concerts…
Play it in new ross. Home game for lot of the kilkenny lads.
The good old days. When the league started in November & Wexford would travel to New Ross for a home game against hosts Kilkenny. Scoreline would be 3-7 to 1-11 or something, with a late scuttery goal sealing the Kilkenny win.
Yeah I remember Waterford Wexford league games in New Ross as well. Other years the cunts would bring us to Gorey.
Where did McGrath get his teeth broken by Dunne?
I remember Wexford bringing Waterford to Gorey one year , the following year Waterford bright Wexford to Dungarvan.
Tipp always got a nice welcome in Enniscorthy.
John Leahy lucky to get of Belfield without getting set on by the home crowd one day.
98 Tipp match is on YouTube, some crowd at it.
Might be too big?
Don’t recall tbh
