Kilkenny v Limerick 2019

What price Byrnes MOTM and Limerick to win I wonder?

Is McNamara even on the panel? And I’d be surprised if English doesn’t feature somewhere.

I’d say close on 50/1

He’d have to be a bolter like they have on the Lions tour.

Quaid
Finn English Condon
Byrnes Hannon Hickey
Browne Lynch
Hayes Morrissey Malachy
Casey Dowling Nash

If we are going to persist with calling Colin Ryan “Malachy”, then we need to go all out and get it to the point where Malachy replaces his first name. Like “Brick” Walsh and “Aussie” Gleeson

Need to use it to differentiate between all the Ryans.

Malachy, Jim-Bob (or Captain Fantastic cc @balbec) and then Ryan can be Pat Ryan Simon.

Or you could call him Colin.

That would just be weird.

Is his father/grandfather Malachy or something or whats the story

Dunno pal but when we played Pallasgreen, it was all Malachy this, Malachy that.

Malachy should start oweing to his fine showing for the U21s and also the fact he’s probably best man in the county under a dropping ball. We need to compete aerially with Kilkenny.

7?

And he likes to run at defenders, which is what we need to do. Start him somewhere where he can use his aerial ability.

A circus?

Was on the phone to the auld lad, 8 tickets booked but that could rise. The house in Callan is fully booked out and I’d say I’ll have to bring up the tent for the young fellas.

This is big lads, make no mistake about it. I rang a Limerick friend of mine straight after the draw, he hung up on me after I mentioned that this is the starting point for Limerick to add to their one AI in some 80 years.

It’s gonna be some night!! Hon d’Black n Amber!!!

The Limerick GAA circus, circusmaster Spike.

I only got around to watching the u21 game on Sunday. I think Ronan Lynch should be swapped with Ryan and it would get more out of both of them.

Great news, I feel we needed this pairing to put Limerick hurling back on the map. A victory here will propel us off like Speedy Gonzalez ripping up the hurling world for a few years to come. The players must realise the chance they have here to begin a new era for Limerick hurling. We have the players we have the skill and passion, we need renewed heart and focus and we’ll beat them.

Lynch isn’t very mobile but he always seems to be in the right position I think he’s getting a raw deal from the senior team
