King Henry of Galway (Part 1) 👑

JC was in my local brunch eatery this morning. I could tell by the way he laboured at his avocado and eggs that his hamstring is still troubling him.

Odd things to be carrying on the field with him?

:grinning:

You wouldn’t get it

Seems foolish to carry personal belongings onto a playing field

Looks like I was completely wrong about McInerney at full back then.

Early days but the position seems to suit him

I called it lads:joy::joy:

Hes a great sort of fella in that he’d turn his hand to anything he’s asked to do.

Ger Canning really does that goal justice :thinking:

A great goal. Divilly withstood some heavy hits there. His use of ball was great. Watched the Mayo game from 98 there last week and it was clearly noticeable. I thought he was a weak link at the time.

Was it Savage who played the final pass? A very underappreciated player I always felt.

O Keeffe was a bang average goalie, but then arent they all.

That shot was unstoppable really.
You can sense the atmosphere. You get it occasionally when it makes the occasion surreal.
