Kyle Hayes has been remanded on continuing bail with the same conditions as before - that he keep the peace and be of good behaviour; he has already handed in his passport and cannot apply for a new one; and he must continue to obey a curfew at Ballyoshea, Kildimo, Co Limerick between 10.30pm and 6am.
Unusual certainly, when he wasnât found to be in breach at any stage afaik. He can apply for conditions to be lifted for certain occasions too, whether he has bothered for the weekend

Good sources say two guards arrived at his door the night of the Dublin game.
They called in the middle of the night too.
How else would they check a curfew

They wouldnât be checking up in Clonlong, thatâs for sure.
Night unit in most decent-sized places would be doing two or three a night, Clonlong included. Probably looser further out the county alright.
The likes of Hayes would hardly be out doing burglaries etc but if heâs taking the piss they might do a knock to keep him in check.
