Limerick GAA 2024

AFAIK trixie neliganā€™s family are living in Charleville but there is an agreement that he plays with the balbec.

Heā€™s Trixieā€™s son alright. Maurice lives near Holycross these days. Married to a daughter of John Doyle.

Not unlike Dean Rock so.

Liam English the corner back would be a first cousin.

The sisters play camogie with Charleville so itā€™s all good.

Ah yeah, hardly matters a fuck what they do.

Yeah, Gavin is Shaneā€™s brother alright and that is Ollieā€™s young fella.

I think Owen Oā€™Neillā€™s son is on the panel too.

you could hardly expect the young fella to play for Charleville in fairness and his heritage over the road.

The CBS not considered?

He went where he could realistically get a game in fairness. No point being 5th choice in midfield

None of my business pal.

Would lads from Monaleen and Ahane not go to Castletroy?

CBS have only really started pushing the hurling again in the last 2/3 years. Had some serious talent over the years but started losing them to other schools. Starting to turn again now

Would the Morans have any reason to go elsewhere?

They have really got their act together. They will be a serious force in about 3 to 4 years although will feel they should have beaten Nenagh twice this year.

Charleville CBS neighbouring an extremely successful hurling county in Limerick has to help too. Hopefully they can drive on. Bring their standards up etc.
