A bit of cynicism does win you games. Obviously in an ideal world, you defend stoutly and don’t have to resort to that but we didn’t even get close enough to lay a hand on people against Tipp last year (and Waterford in the league)

It does…my hope would be that Kiely and Co. can find a proper 6 to provide him with a bit of protection this year unlike the last couple of years…with Byrnes and Hego on either side.
