They will go all out next week to get the win,no team wants to be stuck in the abyss of 1B let alone the AI champions.I hope they come at us with all they have on the day and if it means a hammering than so be it because we will know more from it than battering the rest of the minnows in the division.
there completely forgotten about in the media because there in 1b
Limerick will go with
- Quaid
- Finn
- Hickey
- English
- Byrnes
- Hannon
- D Morrissey
- Browne
- C Lynch
- Hegarty
- T Morrissey
- Reidy
- Gillane
- Flanagan
- Murphy or Mulcahy
Kyle Hayes is due back too and theyâll be eager to get games into him.
He wonât be back till May
Must have taken another set back so did he because he was due back around now???
Did he suffer a set back?? Thought he was due back around now??
Itâs my understanding that he is back training, and may tog out next weekend. But I canât see him playing any part, shur heâd be well off the pace. Itâs a tricky injury to manage and even in recent weeks, progress has been a lot slower than was originally forecasted.
No need to rush him back, I donât think.
When I say May I meant for championship he wonât be playing any part of the league.
We will bate the bollox off Galway.
Hickey in Fb for championship, kiely be a brave man . Next week will tell alot tho so Il hold off until we beat Galway
We will walk it.
How do you figure we are a lot stronger now?
We wonât have Dowling
Finn adds to the backline, Hickey breaks even, English breaks even - Up here
Hannon has played a lot more time at CB since then - break even with the others - Up here
Cian + Browne way, way stronger than the other two - Way up here
Forwards a mixed bag -
Gillane an improvement on Dempsey - Hayes a loss - Morrissey even - Hegarty has a lot more experience but call it even - Murphy is a plus on Mulcahy as is Flanno - Hard to really know where Reidy and DOD are at⌠Iâd say we break even in forwards but over all we are stronger as a team than we were last year.
Thatâs a very weak 8,9,10 axis.
Next Sunday is a hell of a lot more important to Limerick, in terms of finding out where we actually are, than Galway.
I know weâve played shite teams but thereâs spirit, orgainisation, togetherness and an actual hurling plan.
We can certainly win this game and I think we will. No getting carried away though.
Thatâs where we got murdered a lot last year.
Giving the change in championship structure the league is all but irrelevant.
