Malachy to win the Gold Cup
He is most likely favoring a bit of cut in the ground.
JP will call a champion hurdler Big Ger after GearĆ³id Hegarty. It will be a big stylish horse with a long stride. Ted Walsh will be able to say in commentary āI rode his fatherā
Grimes ?
Seriously?
Great to see Downs back
Yep!
Very quiet around here.
Calm before the storm
Weāll put a word in with him to get a couple for Cheddar and Woolly as well seeing as they have such a horn for Limerick hurling at the moment.
Iām just getting around to watching the tipp match now, end of the first half. How long more are they going to look at Byrnes hitting it wide, short to the goalie, or out over the sideline without looking?
Football this weekend sure.
After the Clare game I thought someone must have had a word with him. Donāt think he had one potshot during that game, there were even a few placed passes.
By Christ, he was back to his best the last day though. Youād think after two wojus attempts he might rein it in, but no, you know by the cut of him each time he breaks through a tackle that he fancies another whack at it.
Kinnerk was straight out to him towards the end of the first half after another one of his wides. The TV footage showed a glimpse of it. Surely Byrnes was told to chill but he continued his pot shots in the 2nd half
Take your wides and the points will come .
Relax its only April.
For all you know Kinnerk had him at over 5 wides on the betting exchange. He could have been egging him on for all you know ā¦Unless of course you are Paul Kinnerk or Diarmaid Byrnes. If that is the case I apologise.
Some win to pluck a ball out of the sky break a tackle be in yards of space and then Boom it 100 yards long and 20 yards wideā:joy:
People need to back the fuck off brynes. He quite clearly got caught in two minds when dropping the ball short and hit one bad wide. At least heās thinking about it now. Iād much rather a half back drive the ball 50 yards wide then pass a stupid ball into the middle of midfield which results in a score for the opposition. Our full forward line have an awful habit of drifting out too far and leave us little options inside when the half backs are on the ball.
