Limerick GAA - knocked down, but will get up again

Fook I’ll be in Lanzarote hope it’s televised on TG4

Grand. Bank Holiday weekend. I’ll head back

Stakers had a big win over Askeaton, Tour beat Ballyagran.

NCW held Effin in Intermediate, another slight shock. Claughaun/Old Christians need a win now.

Mungret only scored 2 points against the wind against Bruff after leading by 4 at half-time. Man’s they lost by 1 and now every team at Premier Intermediate has lost at least one game. Good result for Bruff after throwing it away last week, will be a nice confidence boost heading into the midweek game.

Who was marking Graeme Mul yesterday evening?

No one evidently!

How will we get on today?

We just didn’t show up last week, need a response. I think we’ll get one too. Feohanagh have some nice players but are certainly beatable.

Flanagan is back for them today apparently. How fit he is now I don’t know, when he didn’t appear last week you’d wonder

We had been told that he’d be back, obviously you have to prepare as if he would be available and at the top of his game. He’s a threat, no doubt about that. But we’ve got players for them to worry about too.

Half time in Ballyagran

Drom/Broadford lead Hospital/Herbertstown 13 points to 6.

D/B should be more in front to be honest. A lot of wides. Hospital have the wind for the 2nd half.

Will a win be enough to drag DB out of the relegation fight?

It won’t I think. Pending results on the final day. A loss today would put them in the Relegation final.

Hospital have 1 point as into stand and Drom have 0

Saw him after the match. Knee heavily bandaged. Not a hamstring anyway.

D/B win 1-19 to 1-12

The clique beat Ahane

Twas nervy towards the end when there was 3 points between the teams but Derry McCarthy bagged a late goal to clinch it.

Final score?

Heard he could be doing a masters in LIT
