Limerick GAA - knocked down, but will get up again

In other news, the Milford man is back for another year :brendanback:

Would take a lot to bamboozle the old fox in fairness.

I’d say Ray Donovan is the man we need to mind. Man marking job.

Serious hype around for the start of the senior football championship this weekend.

Thought it was cancelled this year due to lack of interest.

It should be cancelled due to a lack of footballers

No odds up yet :slightly_frowning_face:

Ye playing Ballylanders first? Should be tasty enough after last year’s shenanigans.

It’s a tasty group.

Both of last years finalists.
A semi finalist
A quarter finalist and the other two narrowly missed qualification.

On the other side you only have 1 semi finalist and a quarter finalist.

Ah lovely. Saved from the county board website for another year

Just looking at the fixtures for the year there and there’s already a round of county league down to clash with a round of the Super West JA Championship. Do they even try I wonder. You wouldn’t mind but the West Board are so slow to release the fixture list they’ve plenty time to take that into account.

The townies at 8/15 v Drom is surely a bet

I’m not sure. Town missing 4 from last year’s team. Hard to gauge what Drom will be up to.

Probably better 8/15 shots out there

Keirans the bet.

Aaron Gillane interviewed on Woolly’s podcast this week. It’s 25 minutes in if you want to avoid listening to Woolly talking shit.

You didn’t enjoy Cheddars slapdown of Woolly on the Currid to Tipp issue?

I did actually. Didn’t appreciate him tipping Waterford though.

I’d have to agree with him … I think Waterford have a bit more done this year - back to full strength and the shackles have been thrown off. Waterford will romp home. Teams have Limerick figured out.

Woolly went to one of his many colleges in Waterford, his first iirc. He’ll obviously hold a fondness for tha bai’s.

I think Limerick are undercooked*. Sunday will tell a lot.
