Limerick GAA - knocked down, but will get up again

Kerrigan is around years what age is he?

I was only talking about this with a fella recently, he’s only 32.

You’d miss seeing “A.N Other” in match programmes.

Another GAA tradition that has sadly passed away.

At least 5 of the primary game side played intercounty hurling

Including minor & 21, yeah.

Don’t know if any played intercounty football though!

Donal Fitzgibbon a sub on the junior team. Brossie at mid field.
Galvin and Quane at midfield in the seniors. We have produced some very decent mid fielders over the years and those four would be up there in any county

I dont recognise any that played football at minor, 21s or senior.

That was a bloody decent Limerick senior team .

Brosnahan was a wonderful all rounder

Decent bench on the senior team. I wonder where it would have ranked at the time.

The weekend can’t roll around quick enough now. This is a season defining match and we will really see what the boys are made of. If our full back line holds up well i can’t see us beaten, but that full forward line of Kerrigan, Hurley and Collins would trouble any county.

Wod starts and pol too. Byrnes and dod dropped.

Graeme 14 and Casey/gillane in the corners.

Mind blown. Was not expecting Byrnes to make way

I think most knowledgeable Limerick supporters saw WOD coming in — A player of his quality couldnt be left look on again.

Byrnes is a tad overrated tbh.

Surprised at the MF change, big call asking WOD to be the disciplined Defensive player there as we know Lynch will roam forward.
