Fuck we made hard work of that. On the basis of that display you wouldnā€™t fancy us against Clare. But if we can put together the best of the hurling we showed in the first half with the battle in the second half we have to have a chance.

Would prefer Byrnes in centre back the next day. Ryan will have to start. ALTC may be back in and Ronan Lynch will be pushed to hold his place.

Thank Christ we pulled it out. Couldnā€™t handle another loss.

Keeper was good, Richie English was v good, Pat Ryan was mom for me and if Gearoid H becomes a hurler it could be the final nail in Limerick footballs coffin.

Limerick were 2-8 to 2 points up after 20 minutes. Tipp completely took over until 10 minutes to go when LImerick lifted their game after a sending off. Ye were wasteful enough and had a pile of wides in the first half. The fullback was an outstanding player. That dual player riordan was excellent. Got two goals.

We seem trigger happy across all ages. Shooting from stupid positions. Tipp worked ball into forwards a lot better.
