Limerick GAA - We get knocked down 🐐

4-12 to 1-11 feenagh

4-12 to 1-11 feenagh won

We’re now only a stones throw away from Tour, Kileedy, Feoghanagh and Monagae all playing in the west JA. Since only 2 teams can go through to the county stages surely the clubs will force the west boards hand and make them go all county JA.
It is not good for hurling that Doon and Na Piarsaighs 2nd teams are able to beat many of these clubs first teams(although they have to be admired for this)

You need to be a particular type of cunt to become an officer in West Limerick GAA. I’m no spring chicken and these fuckers were there when I was a child. Of course it should be all county but to be fair to the West Board, why should they hand up their money for the incompetent County Board to take over? Again as with the CB, there needs to be wholesale changes at board level.

Hopefully there will be so many club players and officials that will be putting pressure on the cunts that they might be forced to fold.

Deferred coverage, their showing the Mayo football final live

Kilmallock will win.

Heart nearly always wins out!! Very disappointed with NaP!!

Great win for Kilmallock, seemed to be way more hungrier.

Delights for alright sort @balbec

The Sparrow, great result and well called by @balbec

Congratulations @balbec

Well done @balbec, that’s mighty stuff from you.

@balbec :clap: :pint: :clap:

Well done to @balbec for calling this one correctly.

Kilmallock were the better team by a mile and should have been way further ahead at half time. They led 1-9 to 0-5 with Kevin O’Donnell cleaning up at wing back. Big James O’Brien was subbed off after 20 mins and his replacement didn’t fare any better. Alan Dempsey looked injured and made no impact. Eoin Ryan worked hard to excellently finish a goal and the Balbec were in charge all over the field. They lost Liam Walsh on a straight red before the break for a retaliatory pull on Kevin Downes, who was steeped to only see a yellow after leaving the hurley right across Walsh’s thigh.

Na Piarsaigh were no better after the break and only came to life when young minor Peter Casey brought a bit of urgency to their forwards. Kilmallock always looked in complete control and the scoreline of 1-15 to 0-14 flattered Na Piarsaigh.

Well done. Kilmallock. A good rattle off Munster now
