He was my MOTM in the final and the semi against Doon. I’m not sure who they’ll bring in to be honest but he’ll be doing well to hurl as well for them.

Pallas beat Mungret 1-15 to 2-10 in the inter semi this afternoon. Colin Ryan hit frees from everywhere a couple of beauties from play. They were well worth the win although Lyons did his best on the whistle to keep us in it

Just back from Kilmallock.

Delighted for them. Thought they had thrown it away at the end of normal time but great composure and character to eventually dig it out. Fair play to both sides, really enjoyable match. That save from Barry Hennessy in the second half of extra time probably won them the game (apart from the two late points at the end obviously).

Get booking those flights home for the final @balbec

A good day for Limerick GAA generally - Kilmallock, Bruff against Lixnaw in intermediate hurling while Glin won in the Junior football too. #GAACounty

Feohanagh won the Junior easily in the end. Pleased for them.

Kennelly tormented them alright. Loudest roar of the day was when he caught a high ball and fired it over for a point at the Garda station end.

Cratloe have football next weekend against The Nire. Tiredness v momentum of winning? Kilmallock will have their hands full against them. They’ve a great chance of doing the Munster double now. Conor McGrath is the best forward in Ireland imo.

Having Liam Walsh back will be a massive lift for Kilmallock though. Smashing player, he was badly missed today.

Is the final in two weeks time? Ennis or the Gaelic Grounds I presume. Cracking little atmosphere there today.

EDIT - As per Munster GAA website the final is fixed for this day fortnight. Intermediate final of Bruff v Cappoquin (Waterford) is down for the same day.
