she will be treated fairly: sheāll get a fair trial with the best representation. if convicted, sheāll get a prison sentence that will reflect all the facts, both bad and good, and when in prison there will be a focus on her rehabilitation.

I think that all of that is appalling but sheās not been shown to be an accomplice to murder which is a different thing, and hyperbole and hysterics donāt help.

The only reason for her choosing to travel and settle there was her ardent desire to facilitate isis, and in support of its means and its actions. People can dance around it all they want, but this is the truth. If she is judged capable of standing trial as an adult, the she must be judged as having been capable of weighing up her decisions and acting accordingly.
She will be airbrushed and sanitised and powder pieced and portrayed as a victim, and will look presently to monetise her situation. I suspect in due course pages of colour supplement articles about how she was brainwashed etc etc. I think it fairly indisputable that had isis not been driven back, she would be living there happily like a commanders wife in the Handmaidās Tale, living off the torture rape and murder of innocent men women and children.

what about the duty of care to the other Irish citizens?.. London Bridge attack is a stark reminder of the mindset of Isis supportersā¦ If the Muslim community in Dundalk thought she was dangerous then I think thatās how we should proceed and rule it out if possible.
