Liverpool FC 2016/17/ Mousey's stag in Tipp town

Sometimes you roll the dice and it’s worked for Conte. Maybe if Klopp had some balls Liverpool would have got some extra additions in.

You’d love to see Klopps balls I’d say.

I find it hard to believe there was no contact between Chelsea and Conte over his transfer targets before he actually started at Stamford Bridge. Doesn’t matter anyway, he’s doing a great job with what he’s got, much like Klopp.

Surely banging on about squad values and average values of teams is completely skewed when some players had no transfer fee attaching?

Why do you find it hard to believe. Emenalo is directly responsible for most Chelsea signings. Batshuayi was bought by him as there was uncertainty over Costa’'s future and West Ham and Crystal Palace were sniffing around him so Emenalo made a move in the case Chelsea were left short.

I think it’s quite clear Conte does not fancy Batshuayi.

It’s an argument the KOKs like pushing on one hand but dismissing it when they have to apply it unilaterally.

Chelsea don’t do free transfers or promote from the academy. They buy up anything that looks promising and loan them out so their direct competitors can’t get their hands on them. The benefit of not having to balance the books.

Im not coming down one side or other haven’t a clue but just seems stupid basis for argument when not comparing like with like

It’s a stupid line of argument and it seems to be all thing to all men, the dogs in the street know that Liverpool cannot compete financially with Chelsea, they also know that Mourinho’s last title winning team was better than the current lot, Conte has done well to avoid the sort of meltdowns thst City and United have had throughout the season.
Spurs run of draws has them fucked but in reality they should have competed better this year, after having a chance last year as well it feels like their time is running out.

Mote appearances by Chelsea academy players than Liverpool academy players in the league this season for their respector sides. Tying yourself in more knots I see, KOK.

That’s a lie.

Ah no its not really.
You’ve fucked up multiple threads with this inane bullshit. The ultimate flat track sing when you’re winning bully.
Rodgers did a decent job for a while when he had Suarez but he was going backwards, Klopp hasn’t done too well but he deserves a decent go at it, his record allows him that opportunity.
Liverpool CANNOT compete with Chelsea financially unless the owner has a mental breakdown.
Conte is lucky to be walking g this league, his team is nowhere near as good as the league table suggests but I’m aware of how it all works so well done to him.

Chelsea were a nothing club until Putin’s mate came along. Serial financial dopers since then. Was Conte on that Juve team that doped back in the 90s?

Klopp will be very disappointed with last night’s result having won 2 and drawn 1 of his first 3 games against Chelsea as Liverpool manger.

Brendan Rodgers faced Chelsea on 8 occasions as Liverpool manager and didn’t win any of those 8 games - losing 4 and drawing 4.

Kult of Rodgers

Both of Klopp’s draws have been at Anfield, with Liverpool coming from 1-0 down to equalise in both.

Klopp’s results against Top 7 sides are outstanding. Best in league in Top 7 head to heads. Liverpool under Rogers rarely won the big games. Rodgers sides were only ever flat track bullies. That’s getting borne out again in Scotland this season with Rodgers at the helm at Celtic.

Spot on @GeoffreyBoycott. Klopp has yet to Beat United (except in cup) or Spurs (3 draws, another en route) but aside from that his record has been very impressive against top 7. It’s the cannon fodder down the table where the problems have been

If Chelsea fail to beat Woolwich by at least 3 goals on Saturday, they’ll have losing head to head records for the season against 2nd, 3rd & 4th place, Spurs, Woolwich and Liverpool.

That Liverpool v Spurs game has a nailed down draw look about it.

You have consistently peddled the lie that nobody thought Liverpool could win the title this year, they have been tipped by many journalists, ex pros and other football personalities this year to win the title. They have the 5th most expensive assembled squad in the league, Chelsea have the 3rd. Are you saying 3rd can’t compete with 5th?

Why are Liverpool hiring a manager and making him the 6th highest paid in world football if they can’t compete with Chelsea? Why have they handed Coutinho a £40m contract if they can’t compete with Chelsea? They can but certain people have been consumed by the personality of Klopp that they are willing to overlook glaring failings and not compare and contrast the spell of the previous manager with the current one in an objective manager.

That is Kult of Klopp.

Can you please refer to him as 4th highest paid in the Premier League
