Liverpool FC 2021/22

Local lad Mikey Gray tried to follow quinny into same side with his left foot next up- big mistake

Konate getting better and better.

It was a big mistake for him to take a penalty at all. Rabbit in headlights stuff. If in doubt, go full Kevin Pressman.

I’m surprised Pressman didn’t get invited to do a John Smith’s advert.

:sob:

What a man. He’s destroyed lads all around him & he loves us.

I’d die for that man.

And the result tonight practically ruined Christmas for others, outstanding…

How did Billy lad do last night at centre-back actually? Was surprised to see his name in the starting line-up.

It’s hitting the Man U lads very hard. @peddlerscross was a bumbling mess here last night. Sad to see.

He’s one of our own
He’s one of our own
Juergen Klopp is one of our own

Deleting the post was mentally weak. He’s a beaten docket now.

You’d know it’s hurting them deeply when they’re worked up over a Liverpool victory in a Carabao Cup tie. Most Man United fans I know have either gone full anti-Liverpool on Twitter or lost interest in soccer completely.

You could say he’s knocked it out of their heads altogether.

Yeh if you meet someone who ā€œdoesn’t follow the soccerā€ anymore they are likely a United fan who lost interest after they stopped winning. Usually justify it by complaining about the money in the game now.

Billy Lad was poor & very nearly gave away a goal to Vardy after a shite pass who then hit the post.
He was hooked at HT & rightly so.

Klopp had a nice excuse after the game for him though. Just said he was only ever gonna play one half so they went with the first & he played well. Or along them lines.

Billy Lad will need to show more if he wants to keep up with the rest.

If Nat lad was there, there’d be no need for any comeback last night.

You’d have a grudging respect for lads like @BruidheanChaorthainn who keep the show going when a large proportion of the support have deserted them. A lot of them briefly re-emerged last January.

I thought Gomez looked as bad as Billy. He badly needs games so the cup competitions in January will benefit him.

Agree

Sure it’s cyclical. Liverpool fans were for the same for the 30 years prior to that save for a few times when they popped their heads above the parapet.

I’m actually enjoying the United rebuild since Mourinho left. You appreciate the success more with a period like this.

What part of Liverpool are all the lads on here from?
