I suppose you might be able to measure to relative strength of the leagues if there was some sort of competition where the teams from each league played each other. And you might, say for example count how many trophies were won by teams representing the league in the last ten years

I took the liberty of looking up Cavaniâs goal scoring record with PSG.
In season 2016/17 he scored 35 goals in 36 league games.
In season 2017/18 he scored 28 goals in 32 league games.
In season 2018/18 he scored 18 goals in 21 league games.
Stop telling porkies. 16 league appearances for Man U this season have yielded 6 goals.
