Thereā€™s much nicer, even on the same loop I did today.

Those two pics were from new spots I hadnā€™t linked up before

I ran iirc 20.05 but it damn near killed me.

Well that looks fantastic. If that was tanland you wouldnā€™t be able to move on it for walkers.

Excuse my ignorance but would that be considered elite?

He is only kidding you dumb fuck.

An elite marathon runner will do 8 and a half 15 minute 5ks back to back

@fenwaypark would be considered a very fast social runner, I hope he doesnā€™t mind me saying

A very very fast social runner.
Thereā€™s lad in the Tri club (three lads actually) who can go sub 32 10k in a triathlon.
I could train for twenty years and not get near 17.05

Who was with you that day?

Not at all.

Nah.

And just for good measure

Were you always a runner or other sports as well? Thatā€™s unbelievable running

Up your bollix @georgeorwellā€¦ Welcome to the big leagues.

It would make you ill just thinking about it. Tho I reckon Iā€™ll go close to it by March.

Out with Naomi today cc @Locke
She half killed me.
This is hers.
You can ignore the temp. It was cold at the bottom and a fcuking freezing gale at the tops.

Fuck Iā€™m rumbled. I thought I was doing well running just under a 21 min 5km. But I am carrying about 14 stone and I donā€™t have any scope for really losing any more. I think I could get it down to 20:30 at a serious push. Any tips for improving times @fenwaypark. I hit a serious flat spot at around 2k for about a km and can finish well.

Any really fast lad I know is about 11 stone wet through.
Sub 21 is fast. Iā€™d not worry. I think you need to be a natural runner to stay below 20.
