Yeah I got those invectus 3000 glasses. They absorb your sweat and turn it into drinkable water that you can consume when the glasses tell you your hydration levels have dropped. You’re at nothing without them really.

They’re lovely to look at, I don’t know anything about them.
The Hoka speedgoat is supposed to be a fantastic versatile trail shoe and @caulifloweredneanderthal gave another hoka style a big thumbs up.

I have the Nike Wildhorse 6 Men’s Trail Running Shoe

I’ll hopefully get to a trail in them soon.

The sole on them seems hard enough but maybe that’s idea of trail runners. I don’t think I’d run on a road in them.

Nothing more zen than adjusting the starting blocks at training.

Did you know you always start with your right leg in rear - that’s quickest way out of the blocks no matter whether you’re right or left legged
