Thanks for advice @Wexford1996, @PhattPike @backinatracksuit. It didnât even dawn on me that thereâd be tools/sites to generate a 10 mile pace based on times for shorter runs. Iâm very naive indeed. But my sense that 5.20/km would be a realistic target was backed up based on my 10km time.
I think Strava might do it too?

I did 15.7km just there. Thatâs my longest run ever. Had company and its a cracking morning so was enjoyable.
@Mac - hereâs an elevation target for you.
PS donât mind how long it took to get around. My running partner was determined to stay off roads and even forestry roads the whole way around (got about 500m of it at the end). And we got lost (or âwent exploringâ a few times.
