Thanks for advice @Wexford1996, @PhattPike @backinatracksuit. It didn’t even dawn on me that there’d be tools/sites to generate a 10 mile pace based on times for shorter runs. I’m very naive indeed. But my sense that 5.20/km would be a realistic target was backed up based on my 10km time.

I did 15.7km just there. That’s my longest run ever. Had company and its a cracking morning so was enjoyable.

@Mac - here’s an elevation target for you.

PS don’t mind how long it took to get around. My running partner was determined to stay off roads and even forestry roads the whole way around (got about 500m of it at the end). And we got lost (or “went exploring” a few times.

A sub 2:45 marathoner did 33km with nearly 3000m elevation here yesterday :face_vomiting::face_vomiting:

Think his pace was about 8:50/km
