Done a 10km Saturday but donāt think I can get a 5km split on Strava.
Use the pace from the 5k challenge back in February
5km - 4.16 (although I will never do that again).
10km - 4.43
I canāt remember either of them.
Lads, have a look at the below and tell me how it looks? Just playing around with 1 approach. Do the target times seem somewhat realistic or miles off? Its based on everyones current standard so donāt go comparing to PBās from a couple of years ago.
Its in a mins so for handiness just subtract 60 from the first number and ignore the last 2 sets of digits as excel isnāt my friend this evening.

Seems fine for me.
Sounds good pal. Did 82:50 in the challenge last summer so a bit of work to do
Targeting June Bank Holiday weekend deadline for completion. If lads think thatās too far away, happy to bring it back a bit. Thought the jump to 10 miles by May Bank Holiday might be a bit tight for many.
It would be for a lot I would say.
bit the bullet and bought a gps time piece type thingā¦
Apologies to those of you from the Wexford area as road tax is sure to increase with the pounding the roads will be gettingā¦
