5km earlyish this morning. Coming back from an ankle/foot injury so have been resting it since Saturday morning. Feels fine again. Morning running is the bomb, much better than evening Iām finding, sets you up for the day.
Iāve 92km done for the month Will hit the ton tomorrow.
It was pitch dark for ours and absolutely lashing. Couldnāt get onto the river as itās over the banks by about 6 feet, a good 20 feet above summer level.
Had to run through some water up to the ankles, but pace was good. Felt ok once I settled into it. Heās sub 30 10k
Fortunately these days he gets injured every time he gets fit.
