Foam roll your calves and bottom of feet. Take a couple of days off.

Unlikely. Wanted to go yesterday morning before work but like an ice rink out there. If I got to 80-85, I’d be fairly happy. Will be flat to the mat work wise next week.

He did an 8 second run there on Thursday too, unreal

Twas savage. Gonna try get up on Monday to see the sunrise. I’m also doing a social experiment by creating Strava segments to see if I can lure some Strava sheep in.

In fairness to you Fenners, it worked a trick. Fierce pain again this morning. Foam rolling for me is like taking a dose of salts, hate doing it, but by Jesus did it do the trick. Pain gone.
Foam rolling is the truth and the light!

Did 12km this morning in exactly 1hr. Pretty sure thats the furthest I’ve ever run.
