Tuesday - 2k warm up + 5 x 400m (off 90 secs) @ 4.10 per k + 2k cool down
Wednesday- 30 min easy @ 5.30ish min per k.
Thurs - 30 min easy @ 5.30ish min per k. Do 6 strides at end.
Friday- Rest
