Pal of mine has that for his Christmas dinner every year. Reckons Christmas is a time to eat your favourite food and “nobody really likes Turkey do they”

A Dub. He’s completely unapologetic about it.

Sounds like a total legend

Thank you. I hope I’m not the equivalent of the windy corner forward “flying in training” but who can’t produce when it matters.

It doesn’t matter. You’ve nothing to prove. Go out and do your victory lap.

Any gap/recovery between each 400m today or just try to sustain it at 4:10/km for 2kms?

Sorry, take 90 secs.

Thanks FWP. Quick one for you, am I within my rights to use the word “tapering” in conversation this week?

You can’t fatten the pig the night before the fair.

You can fatten the greyhound up the night before the race however.

Did you make any purchases recently @Bandage ?

:eyes::eyes:

I think I left my trusted decathlon trail shorts (cc @Mac ) on a footpath in Silvermines Saturday :grimacing:

I may need to get a flip belt as replacement

You’re gonna like like one of the village people (albeit with his Mickey out) if you replace a pair of shorts with a flipbelt

But you’re wasting your time running at all without the flipbelt
