I was going to do 10k today, but if I did I would have drank 14 cans tonight. I’ll only have 3 or 4 now instead (and 14 tomorrow night)

Got back up on the horse this morning, foot feels alright. Had the cricket ball under my heal as I sat at my desk, worked out the crap in it.
