im walking the dog around 10k a day before i build back up to doing a bot of running. till a few joint pains

I might aim for 50k ā¦ Plan on doing more body weight workouts this time aroundā¦ weāll have a summer this year so need the abs and pecks in top shape.
Itās tougher to do it during the winter but I was enjoying it so much last summer that Iād probably run 5-6 nights a week. It takes a while to get going but once you get into the routine
I enjoyed the incline challenge last yearā¦ Iāll go back at that again hopefully.
Iāve got back into the running since the 28th. Did a few long runs to clear the dirty diesel out of the system them. Since January Iām concentrating on getting a real good 5k time by the middle of February. Iāve over 40km clocked this month so far.
