I see a kite being flown in Indo today that the Minimum pricing will be brought in very shortly and much more quickly than expected… Always intended we would do nothing til NI had gone first
A slab of cans costing 25 quid now will be 43 minimum or something. That is going to be a fair tax grab from the government and maybe a few more quid for suppliers and retailers. I’d say 75% of it go to revwnue

Spirits to see a huge spike in price, apparently. No harm in one way… It was never really a thing in our day, but kids fairly floor vodka and the likes before heading out now… Tough for older cohort who enjoy sipping.
