Regrettably I just couldn’t make it over on Monday. Did you travel yourself?

I – slightly – erred:

The King’s Christmas Day address at 3pm. It’s going to be very emotive.

Urbi et Orbi will continue to be my address of choice on Christmas Day.
An absolutely bravado performance from Francis earlier. Secula seculorum.

Do you think he will throw any of the paedos under the bus?

Knocked it out of the park.

Well done, a tough act to follow. Its like the Manchester United job after Busby or SAF.

I hope you’re having a lovely Christmas pal.

Busby? SAF? You manc bastard… The Liverpool boot room ran for 20 odd years no problem.

Fell apart in the early 90s. It took klopp to fix it bar an unlikely European cup win

Paddy Footix giddy with excitement over the return of the English Premier League on Boxing Day. A discussion on His Majesty’s Christmas Day speech has degenerated into Paddy Scouse and Paddy Manc banter.

Happy Christmas guys

I hope he didn’t let the occasion get to him.

Was he in Cork?

The King focused on the cost of living crisis, inflation and pressures on the NHS. He made reference to the Prince and Princess of Wales but didn’t really mention any other members of the Royal Family. The theme was very much of putting Nation and Empire before his own family and continuing his late mothers record of loyal service to her subjects.
