Fine player but probably lacks a bit of athleticism to be a top man. City let him go and have never ever sought him back. His best stuff was with Haaland in front of him.
They never sought him back also because of the talent coming through the academy. He had his chance.

He’s definitely able to play but he lacks pace. It’s one toes with him and little tricks like that which isn’t really that suited to Manchester United.
