That’s the point. If Cantona was suspended for eight months for an incident which was much less serious than this, Greenwood’s United career is toast. He isn’t going to be returning to the United team in eight months, or eight years.

If it were any club his career would likely be over but Utd tend to stand behind their wife beaters. In fact you’d have to say beating women seems to be advantageous to your Utd career. Giggs was up in the director’s box after beating his Mrs. He got the Utd interim manager role after cheating on his Mrs with his sister in law. Wasn’t some manager caught playing away with the tea lady?

You’d want to be careful with the language you use. Giggs hasn’t been convicted of it yet so you need to be a little bit careful in what you say.
No point in engaging. Liverpool fans seems to think it’s funny to leverage a young girl getting bring put in a position like that to poke fun at the club.
