If he was at City he’d be in the Bernardo Silva role and killing it. He’s surrounded by too much mediocrity with Utd and has to carry the team too often.
He’s an excellent player. Half the squad is out of contract in the next 18 months and he’s not that old. I don’t get the angle.

Some talk yesterday that Ten Hag would be appointed today but that was changed later in the day with the revelation that their planning on round 2 interviews, probably with just Poch and Ten Hag now.
Bruno will be captain once they take it from Maguire. If they could sign a CB like Arujo, Kounde or a Ralf identified bargain, a DM a number 8 and a striker I’d be happy about making top 4 next season and building from there.
Is there a clause in the new contract that will compel him to play against big 6 sides?
