Stay away from the Curraghower itās all rugby. Heard before theyād never put on a GAA match on the box. Snooty enough crowd in there it wouldnāt be for me anyway.

Curra-G is grand for a bite to eat but I wouldnāt booze there any more- Hipsters/Rugby type crowd have taken it overā¦ @glasagusban and his mates love the place. Phil Flannerys is a grand pubā¦ Slatterys on Edward Street is a hidden gem.

The Corner Flag was another fine boozer gone by the way side.
Kennedy OāBrienās is now a dodgy looking restaurant.
Tom & Jerryās a grand spot, as is The Glen.

It was fine until you and your gee-bag mates took it overā¦ Iāve always bigged it for the foodā¦ I know both owners so have no problem popping out for a bite but you couldnāt drink there listening to your crowd harping on about instagram and whatever issue is topical on facebook.
On a fine day the Locke is a great spot and a young one that works there has the best arse in Limerick. I take great pleasure watching cross that road after sheās delivered a pint to my table.

My auld lads favourite spot so Iām often in there when Iām home. My dad loves telling me about one of the guys singing and playing guitar that is always thereā¦going on 90 and a smoker and heavy drinker all of his life but he only looks late 60ās
