You must be looking at some historical records? The parish was called Grean, now known as Pallasgreen. Garrydoolis was an old parish alongside and is now also part of Pallasgreen parish.

My mother is going back through some family records. Looks like her father was born there and spent the first few years of his life there before the family moved up towards the North.

It sounds like Iāve Limerick, Cork, Monaghan and Armagh blood in me. The fact Iām someway normal with that mix is a minor miracle in itself
