Thereās a new costcutter after opening beside chocolat which is a really bizarre place, theyāve a stir fry bar serving thai kind of food (just what Limerick needed) as well as a chipper kind of thing in their deli serving fish and chips.
He hasnāt aged too wellā¦ it seems like only last year he was doing that same walk and flipping the fingerā¦what a horrible little cunt.
Thereās a āstreet foodā market on the boardwalk now every Wednesday. Great initiative for the summer. Apparently it was thronged last week.
They should really make a much bigger effort with the Friday event at the milk market, even just try having a big event the last Friday of every month or something. Itās a bit of a ghost town most Fridays. I donāt know how the stall holders make money.

The deli counter in every Spar in Dublin that Iāve been in are rank and make the worst sandwiches Iām ever tasted.
Hardly worse than the Chicken and Ketchup sandwiches some roaster gave myself and Julio in Thurles last year.
That actually sounds tasty compared to some of the sandwiches Iāve had in Spar. Honorable mention here to the Spar on Barrow Street beside Google. It is quite the feat they perform to make a chicken salad sandwich taste like cardboard and then charge 4.80 for it.
