It opens like an app - Itā€™s mobile friendly

So no then.

Itā€™s been well flagged on here mate. Itā€™s grand 5 or 6 food stalls

Heā€™s too busy posting flyers

Howā€™d I miss that?
Any chance of a pointer in the direction of the discussion.

It was 15k for an app - 3.2k for a website.

Donā€™t worry mate, @rocko couldnā€™t figure out how to do an app either. Good luck with it, Iā€™ll pass it on to a few people.

I assume youā€™ve sent on the details to the international offices in UL and LIT? Theyā€™d love that for the foreign students.

There wasnā€™t a lot about it to be fair, thereā€™s a few stalls, a taco guy, a sandwich crowd thatā€™d be in the market on Friday (I think @ChocolateMice fancies one or both of them), a thai crowd which are from the restaurant on glenworth street, a bbq place (which is mainly a burger stall), a lad selling salads :grinning: and thereā€™s an ice cream van then as well and a one selling deserts.

Thereā€™s a bit of music and a nice buzz down there. Worth a look for something different if nothing else.

Will doā€¦ itā€™s only pilot stage now as I was eager to get it out during tourist season ans have hit the tourist office and some hotels with postersā€¦ Proper launch will be start of September so that fits in with Students returningā€¦ anyone wants a vip pass to the launch let me know.

Thereā€™s a major anomaly in the Limerick property market these days, shitty apartments on the right side of the strand are worth a fortune for some reason.

You could buy a very nice 3/4 bed house on the Ennis road for that price (youā€™d have change actually). I donā€™t get it at all.

A historic pub tour should be your next initiative. Get the pubs involved to throw ye a few quid and ye give them an auld marker of some sort to throw up outside the door.

Itā€™s on the way, kidā€¦ in the next phase.

And Liam McCarthys return to the city

Thatā€™s bizarre. Thatā€™s more than 2 bed apartments in the IFSC are going for with guaranteed rental income of around 1800-2000 per month. It mentions about a penthouse in the ad but there are no photos of the roof-is it the penthouse? Even soā€¦

Lol

Save it there and let us know when the asking price comes down 50 grand. Theyā€™re seriously overvaluing the worth of the river view.

You could have a feud-themed pub tour, kicking off from the Moose

Already had that idea and floated it to a couple of barmen last Saturday night. One of them told us cork already has it and we should definitely have one in limerick. Seeing as you are now a carkie I think you have cogged the idea.
