Matters regarding Limerick, Limerick Pubs, No Culture allowed

I am going on a session around town tomorrow, I will report back on the various haunts. *

  • I need to categorically state this is not a 12 pubs of Christmas type event. Itā€™s just an annual drinking session with the college crowd that we have undertaken every year since 2005.

In which they go from pub to pub drinking one pint and @TreatyStones dresses up as an elf

Sounds very like the 12 pubs to me. Enjoy the match. Great timing for a session.

We are going to the match followed by doing the 12 pubs. Unreal.

I wonder does this Paddy Flannery fellow ever wash his hair

Limerick was wedged on Saturday night, wasnā€™t a bar in town with a bit of space. Busiest Iā€™ve seen it in a long, long time.

Did you enjoy the match

You gimp

Donā€™t mind him. Great to see the pubs busy and a bit of money floating around the place.

It wasnā€™t much of a contest so it became boring fairly quickly. Vastly improved from the dross I watched this time last year though. Sweetnam is a nice player, and at least your man at 10 can kick it.
One aspect of Rugby continues to baffle me and that is the amount of times Munster kicked the ball back to Leicester, for no real reason at all. Box kick Murray is ridiculously predictable, you can tell about 10 seconds before he does it that a box kick is coming. Munster were carving them apart when they ran at them, but they seemed content to kick it away on the, at best, 50/50 chance that someone could get after it in time, and win it back, for a gain of maybe 20 metres. They got away with it against Leicester who were completely disinterested, but surely any decent side would combat it fairly simply.

Iā€™d say they would have done a lot less of it Iā€™d it hadnā€™t been working. they were competitive for most of them. Itā€™s annoying tactic alright Iā€™m not a fan. It works though, probably the second most important skill for a scrum half now

Fuck Limerick.

This should help make your stay in Cork permanent. I know it will put me off going in.

It will be closed by 2021 after some local yahoos have made a mint and ran it into the ground. Next.

Fantastic boost for Limerick. Their two most beloved sons combining to bring joy and rejuvenation
