I passed three of those volunteers the other night walking the Shannon monitoring for anyone suicidal contemplating jumping. Unbelievable people to give a few hours or an evening of their time just walking up and down the Shannon watching things. I wonder would they need some counselling training? If a fella is teetering at the edge of the bridge most people wouldnāt know the right things to say to talk him down for example. They saved two people within a few minutes of each other a few nights ago.

Ya they are great people altogether, theyāve saved a huge number of lives considering how shortly theyāve been in operation.
Thereās a car ablaze on the southbound carriage way of the Dublin limerick just outside nenagh lads.

I ate lunch in Mr Noodle yesterday. Was it you @TreatyStones that recommended this place? Worst Pad Thai Iāve ever had. There are signs outside saying āno MSG, no glutenā etc but there is no chance all the saucy goo all over my dish didnāt have one or both. Tasteless, really poor stuff. And Iāve never seen red onions in Pad Thai.

Well MSG is a flavouring enhancer, so that probably explains the lack of taste. Itās one or the other it seems.
To be fair to @TreatyStones he wouldnāt have too many life experiences to draw on so some noodles with red onion inside in town would probably seem very exotic. Iād be reluctant to chastise him too much in this situation.
