Usually served on a hot buttered roll with lettuce and a wedge of lemon. You might get some crisps with it. Chips would be extra.

@Smark I love the New England chowder as well, the manhattan not so much, everybody knows that all the best lobster rolls are served up from shacks or vans, lads acting the maggot here out of sheer boredom I assume.
