The three boys were playing pool and apparently got into a row with a young fella back from England with his father. The young fella allegedly pulled a knife out and slashed at them, one of them got a cut in the hand, another in the ribs and the other in the leg. Two of them had deep cuts or wounds and needed small surgery or whatever.
The three boys defended themselves with the pool cues and gave him a bit of a going over as self defence. One of the three was meant to be flying to Australia today but couldnāt because of the injury. Killer buzz.
Pool is a serious business.

You should have the rules for the black set out at the start to cater for regional variations

He has a load of knives just lying around the bar.
The geographical variance in the " free shots on the black " rule has been the cause of more friction than Alsace Lorraine .
