If they’re going down the line of using it as an attraction and not offices, it’s gotta be technology or video games. Maybe something with VR . I don’t know anything about it but a really, really good arcade basically. As mentioned, we’re never going to have tourists.

He was going through a tough time - i never understand that defence being regarded in cases… some load of me bollix. People know exactly what they are doing regardless of the circumstances in their life.
