I don’t see how they could, mate.

So long as there is SEGREGATED bicycle access from that side and it’s not walled off with a single exit for all dem houses onto the Dock Road it’ll probably do.

They tried for it. But there’s too many important types in the estate to allow that.

The Fast track planning proved beyond connections though.

There will be bicycle and pedestrian access through Greenpark and greenpark avenue

Important types don’t live in estates, do they? :grinning:

This is only phase one. I reckon they’ll get there way eventually. People need to be housed.

1200 houses in there before 2030 would be my prediction.

Which GAA club will reap the benefits is the question?

It went through fast track planning so they had no say, so now they enthuastically welcoming it.

It needs to be done to be fair.

Nah. They’ll get 500 or so in there, none of them onto SCR, the second phase will open on to Scotts. There’s a whole section of it they are rezoning because it’s basically below sea level which will twarth their wider plans.

Need to setup a new club with an Irish name

I’ll tell what it will be great for, connecting the dog track to the city.

There is serious potential there in fairness.
