There are 4 under the sports bar but they need to be booked.
You also need to book the running track.

Yhey have started to crack down on ot a bit. If you are on your own you’ll bevfine but if theres a small group they have been getting stricter

Its a great one during the summer. Winter i used to go along the river from thomand bridge to the new bridge upto the train station, to st johns over the abbey bridge and back around by the castle. Feel great after that run in a hail shower

Jaysus there’d be a fair bit of ducking in and out of traffic with that route I’d say? The river/canal bank paths always appealed to me because you weren’t keeping your eyes peeled for cagers and their cages (except for a short stretch in Rhebogue)
