Brackets?
The one and only
Took me a while.
Wonder where he fetched up? He was wingless by then I think after an op.
He went to Australia I thought?
No limits to breeding in early 90s Patrickswell anyways by the sounds of it, we are reaping the rewards in All Stars atm. Slightly more surprised you couldn’t pick up a box of johnnies with your copy of the Financial Times in Adare.
Were you there the night playing intrr firm soccer and he hit the crossbar and screeched “call the cops I was robbed”?
I don’t recall it.
Funny to think that he represented our view of na piarsaigh then.
Who’s this now?
Brackets
SB Brackets.
Could be a good name for a rock band…
The stretch from Adare to NCW is just lethal for crashes
It’s the best stretch of national primary route in the county. It’s mainly straight and wide all the way to NCW once you’re past Adare. Fellas do a lot of passing out and speed is a big factor.
The stretch from Barna Hill to Abbeyfeale is poor by comparison and not the same opportunity for overtaking/speeding.
It’s hardly the roads fault
Problem you have at times as well, and speed is to blame, you are tipping along and you come upon a tractor or something going slowly. You slow down, the tractor is half in the hard shoulder, half on the road, traffic backs up, cagers get cagey…
I remember one morning when I was going back to NCW, there was an articulated truck in a field on the opposite side of the road. Went straight through a wall and just parked up in the middle of the field. Yer man fell asleep at the wheel.
The road lends itself to speeding and risk taking. Mix a straight long road with lads in a BMW 7 series and it’s a recipe for tragedy.
More bends are needed so. Gotcha.
Yeah that’s what I meant, just the number of casualties due to people taking risks.
The Barna road rarely has trouble alright. The stretch from Drom to NCW seems to be troublesome too
Needs to be narrower too.
