Wasn’t sure whether to post this up, and am wary of spreading misinformation, but I think poor @Portumna_Bridge passed away a few years ago. I was chatting to someone who is a teacher out Navan direction and joined a few dots up. It probably confirmed what many of us thought had happened. RIP.

Ah no, I remember his cancer post and it was optimistic. Jesus lads, you just never know. I heard about a young man I know last week, fit as a fiddle, stellar club footballer and hurler, got some bad news. It would shake you to the core.

Very sad he was a young man early 50s only I think, came across as a very decent skin. Bed of heaven to him.
