Missing People In Ireland

I think he meant that the statements were buried when people gave them back in the 80s ?

Sweep sweep over what?

I agree with this.

Wouldn’t place much emphasis on anything he says.

While some of the content seems hard to believe, especially the levels of collision between Church, Gardai, Schools etc. it really wouldn’t surprise me if true. We are a race littered with disgusting, power hungry, manipulative deviants.

I wouldn’t be surprised at all. But the fact that it’s O’Callaghan’s theory straight away diminishes it’s credibility.

Agreed, the whole as abuse, both physical and sexual, of children in the industrial schools, laundries etc could not have happened without collusion on a massive scale between church, state and AGS.

When the establishment says nothing someone has to speak

Apparently Cairns wasn’t even in the same parish as this priest.

Would a paedophile not cross into another paedophile territory?

O’Callaghan says that this priest was abusing boys who went near his home on a primary school recycling thingy. He never once actually says he knows Cairns got abused, but he speculates that he was and links it to that. As far as I know, Cairns national school was in the Ballyroan Parish (http://www.ballyroanparish.ie/ballyroan-boys-national-school/) and not this priests one (http://www.annunciationrathfarnham.com/our_parish.html). His home was also in the Ballyroan Parish. He doesn’t fit neatly into Cairns social circle as he would have you think in this piece.

For what it’s worth, this Priest has never been accused of anything. O’Callaghan says that two weeks later he was forced to step down from his role as PP, but he stayed in the Parish. That wasn’t the Catholic Church’s MO with abusers, they moved them elsewhere. Why would the Church move on a child abuser but keep a child abuser/killer in a Parish? It’s actually far more likely that Tuohy was coming towards retirement and would do more work in Marys. He died a few years later. That’s just O’Callaghan adding 2 and 2 and getting 5.

I’ll take an actual witness coming forward over O’Callaghan sharing his theories on social media as progress in this case.

Few lads on here need to have a look in the mirror after their spiteful comments about Gareth the other day.

He will get a presidential award out of this yet when he solves the crime

So he still has nothing concrete so on the dissapearance.

Its a very unusual case, Gareth O Callaghan. He never knew he was Philip Cairns cousin til years after and his mother has said she has never even met him and it was her who asked he bring his info to the gardai. He got high and mighty over people claiming a dead man killed Philip Cairns and he thought it unlikely and now he brings forward an even unlikelier scenario about another dead man. Most of his “facts” were debunked pretty quickly, the comment about the records of the priest not being recorded or not available on google was a complete lie for one. He was making assumptions about Philip Cairns being abused without any factual evidence of it whatsoever. Why the need to splash that all over facebook? That kind of info is not nice for family to hear and there was no substance to it at all. Fair enough if they find enough evidence to prove it, but making assumptions like that serves no purpose.

He’s an attention seeker, much like someone else who splashes this stuff all over social media.

There’s some one venerating him who is the first comment on practically all his posts. When you have those kind of sycophants encouraging you then why stop?

You have a great way about you.
