Did the guards release those new stills with two suspects stood by each other at the gate? Or was that some nerdy guy good at modifying images that has unearthed a second man? The public announcement and prime time piece earlier this week never mentioned two men.
Did this not happen a few weeks ago? I didn’t want to make a big deal of it but thanks guys, as weirdos on the internet go, you’re all ok.

It is fucking sinister and creepy and rotten all the same. It makes my skin crawl.
Think this is just from the TV3 doc. The TV3 doc seemed to think the second man was Deely but since the enhanced footage of the other guy sleuths have actually looked at the time stamp and figured out that Deely was through the gate already and this has to be someone else.
The Garda were so particular in what they released there has to be a reason. Perhaps hoping for a Prisoner’s dilemia type situation to occur if the man in black is identified.
Has to have been a botched robbery and they felt they needed to take Deely out.
You’d hope that’s it. If it was more predatorial, you’d wonder about other victims.

Hmm doubtful. It would have been like kidnapping @Bandage and expecting the bank to stump up a ransom for his safe return. I wouldn’t be putting money on that happening. Surely they go over a management figure if it’s tiger kidnapping and better still do it at his home than in middle of Dublin. No this seems random. It was 4 in the morning or something.

No there wasn’t but there were/are numerous office blocks along that way, as well as this BOI office.
The second person is what leads me to think that.
Why is there a guy waiting, dressed all in black, for 30 something minutes before Deely arrives? He clearly isn’t homeless, he is calling someone and is waiting for someone or there for spotting purposes. This person makes an effort to obscure their face from either CCTV and then Deely. Yes they look at Deely at first but they turn away very unnaturally from their conversation.
Then there is this alleged second man who arrives seconds later and seems to be staring along with the original dodgy character into where Deely went.
Then there is the period of time it took for Deely to get to Haddington Road. It made no sense. It took far too long and he calls a mate suddenly. Then he vears off down a stupid route home. The only two explanations for this being he wanted to go to a shop or he knew he was being followed from Baggot Bridge and that by turning left down Haddington Road would be lost to the pursuing person’s eye for a few seconds.
Then there is the fact that he vanished without a trace. No trace of violence left or any of Deely’s belongings. People have held onto the water theory for so long (linked with self harm) to explain vanishing but it just doesn’t make sense. His phone rang. He wasn’t close to the water on the last citing. The person who disposed of him had to have had help or was lucky.
Of course some cult could have taken a shine to him and he might be in some basement alive now along Haddington Road.
This footage and still of a second man appears to have been released to public in error. There is undoubtedly countless footage but they have cherrypicked which parts they have released. Second guy may have been a spotter and probably monitored TD from Buck Whaleys. Anyway now that there are 2 it doubles chances of finding someone responsible. If it is an elaborate organised crime syndicate there could be up to 10 people who may know something.
