More Things That Are Wrong, just plain wrong

That’s the one. Family down the road from me lost two kids to scirtain bites.

Seriously?

Was it the bite itself, or the south Galway ‘remove a sceartan with a hurl’ approach that did them in?

Oh ya, died roaring too, the poor cunts. Took two weeks. No symptoms for three days, then boom.

All too common. Lyme disease is the least of your worries with a sceartán.

Thanks pal, we’re actually forever roaming the great outdoors but never had this before, the wife was a bit panicky but felt worse because she felt we removed it incorrectly, that video you posted would have been useful.

Here’s the fella in question if ye want to identify him.:smiley:

@Ambrose_McNulty - your skills are required:

That’s what I would call a sceartán but that’s possibly just an Irish word for a tick.

The female and the most poisonous species of the lot I’m afraid. Time for a new pair of tackies mate…

Yeah, sceartán is the Irish for tick. That little cunt is a Deer Tick.

More than the two euros @backinatracksuit has paid him off with?

@backinatracksuit

Give the kids about 10ml of this stuff down the back every six weeks. Works a charm.

I like your shtyle!

you are supposed to rub around the affected area in an anticlockwise direction. Remember we had to take one of our lads to hospital once to get one removed. They showed us how to do it for future reference.

Huh?

A reference to your links to midland farming circles / crime gangs.
