I’d say Kimmage is broke from the whole thing tbh. Lost jobs. Court cases. He hounded Lance on his own dime for a long time.
The whole thing with Lance was far bigger than the doping though. It was about the bullying and the enormous fraud that he would have done anything to maintain.
