official Garda statement.
complaints and acted the cunt.
there you go
Youâre making leaps.
What authority did the Gardai have to get him to remove or lower his flag none. He was well within his rights to tell them to do one and he was dragged out of the ground, handcuffed, on his knees over concrete steps, do you think that is the way to treat a man who is on crutches?
Itâs disgraceful and the pigs who made the arrest should be in big bother but likely wonât be.
They have no authority to do what they did.
What law did he break?
It was a public order offence.
So the Gardai dealt with complaints that peopleâs view of the game was obscured, despite the fact the game had not even started. A half assed cover story that they canât even get right.
No youâre making leaps. How do you know the GardaĂ mentioned the flag?
No it wasnât. They had zero authority to intervene. What law did he break? Is flying a flag at games illegal?
Why do they grab the flag off him?
Why do they then handcuff him and drag him up concrete steps on his knees?
What law did he break? Watch the video?
Oh get to fuck you tiresome cunt. This is why noone wants the six counties, lawless whiny bastards
Thatâs your response when asked to what law the man broke. It was disgraceful and you support.
Scumbag.
He was arrested on a public order offence, not for flying a flag.
Typical nordie sensationalist bullshit out of you.
What law did he break?
The video is there, you watch it and tell me what law he broke. He is arrested for flying a flag, plain and simple. Gardai have no authority to stop someone from flying a flag at a GAA match so why were they attempting to do this?
A word of advice mate, donât bother.
Youâll be very very sorry,
Turns out the stupid cunt was at the wrong match. Palestine werenât playing and the guards fucked him out when he demanded his money back
The gards just donât like tyrone football.
Philistines
Why was his flag confiscated?

So the Guards acted outside their authority and then made a very poorly worded cover story that raises a lot of questions as their arrest hadnât a leg to stand on.
An eye witness says the arrest was for a different reason to what the cops say it was for and they also made an inaccurate claim that people had their view of the game block when the match hadnât even started and say it was on the basis of dubious complaints made.
At face value it looks very bad for the pigs.
Have a look at the gsoc thread
